It has been said that once a military brat always a military brat.
I'm not sure about that but it could be true.
While my father was stationed at Loring AFB
my older sister attended school in Limestone Maine.
Which is know to be the home of Loring AFB
(today it is the Loring Commerce Center).
I couldn't wait to be in Junior High
because there was once week where the students went to pick potatoes.
My sister hated it.
